Greypoint Studio is a Seattle design‑and‑build studio for architecture, interiors, and art. We deliver remodels, tile and wallpaper installation, custom furniture, and specialty finishes including microcement and artisanal plaster. Projects range from bathrooms and kitchens to bespoke millwork and whole‑home remodels across Seattle and surrounding neighborhoods.

The studio led by Shaun Heslop, a Liverpool-born artist, carpenter, and licensed contractor. He spent several years in construction early on in his career and further studied in Europe — mosaics in Italy and microcement in the UK — and returned to the building world with a renewed focus on craft, finish, and thoughtful design.
