This project was a collaborative build-out of the Seattle headquarters for Charlie Hellstern Interior Design, housed within a historic century-old building. Working with the team at Praxis Builders, the goal was to create an inspiring workspace that respected the structure’s heritage while introducing refined, modern textures. My role focused on the hands-on fabrication and technical integration of the studio's custom architectural features.
I custom-milled the reclaimed timber for the floor-to-ceiling library—a centerpiece constructed from a rugged blend of fir and mild steel. I also assisted in the fabrication and installation of the custom workstations and studio kitchen, ensuring each element was precisely fitted to the unique dimensions of the historic space. The result is a light-filled, highly functional environment designed to support a sophisticated creative workflow.
